After going through LAI-CAT certification course, the learners are able to:

1. Differentiate between the role of testers in an agile environment compared with the role of testers in a traditional environment.

2. Explain how the Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles is realized within an Agile testing process and approach.

3. Demonstrate a range of soft skills required by agile team members.

4. Explain and categorize the purpose of various testing techniques and how they can be applied appropriately within an Agile environment.

5. Explain how the Test Driven Development (TDD) approach to code implementation is applied, how the tester can support Test Driven Development and what value this will add.

9. Demonstrate how pairing techniques are used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of agile team members, improving the overall quality of the delivered product.

10. Explain why it is essential to have test automation.

11. Explain the various types of testing that can be automated and how decisions get made regarding what to automate.

12. Explain how is defect management in an Agile Environment different from traditional projects, and what factors impact the amount of information that needs to be recorded.
