DevOps is a concept based on the knowledge areas of Lean and Agile and drives Business Agility in an Organization. DevOps is not only about the implementation of new tools and technologies but also involves a change in mindset and behaviors, which leads to a cultural shift. The cultural part is often misunderstood and leads to the failure of DevOps Transformation.
LAI Certified DevOps Coach helps teams, stakeholders and the entire organization implement DevOps concepts and principles and enable everyone involved to make that mindset shift to embrace DevOps Culture.
From Enterprise Agile Coaching Competency Framework perspective, LAI-CDC competencies have a foundation on Lean-Agile Coaching as well as Organizational and Systems Coaching.
